Return Policy

All products sold will have a 7 days return/warrant period policy!

We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged/defective item.

Return/warranty policy will be based as below

*Warranty coverage
 (Manufacturing defects)
  1. Toner leakage before peeling-off warranty seal
  2. Printing issues (pls refer to the trouble shooting guideline)    
*Warrant non-coverage
 (Abnormal handling/ return and miss-used by customers)
  1. The warrant seal is missing/broken/torn
  2. The weight of remaining toner load is less than 50% compared to a new/unused toner
    • (#Toner load varies from cartridge models)
  3. The toner leakage due to any attempts of refilling exercise on dealers/end-users part.
  4. And ANY, defects detect by our Technical Inspection NOT by manufacturing defect.

Customers MUST able to attach print-out samples with the return cartridge.

Shipping fee for warranty claim/return/repair are covered by customer.

Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchased and we will cover shipping fee for replacement or repaired product within 14 days.

A 15% restocking fee (may be charged); unless the return product is defective or the return is a direct result of a firstlaser.com.my error.   

All products items, if there is any dispute, The Company will be the final decision.
