• We fill refund you if the replacement still fails in your equipment.
• Any refund claim may be refunded within 14 working days once we receiving your returned product.
• Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of product.
• Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
• Genuine Original OEM cartridges are non-refundable.
• All products items, if there is any dispute, The Company will be the final decision.
